Take a peek at Mac's current project - a Harley-Davidson® 45 with several unusual custom details being added.

6th Annual Bikes, Blues & BBQ - Fayetteville, AR

Mac Chandler 6' long Harley-Davidson model mini-bike"Sandwiched in between the showstopper choppers was, according to the owner, “the world’s smallest bike with all American parts.” It was a six-foot long Harley-Davidson model built by Mac Chandler, owner of Tontitown Machine & Cycle, Tontitown, Arkansas who told me the bike has a 1948 front end, scooter H-D tires and the motor is a 1961 super 10 H-D. It was made from only 100% American Harley parts, took one month to complete and was as cute as can be. One of Mac's other bikes, his Harley Hummer Super 10 took second place in the Vintage Class, right behind a very nice 1913 Indian motorcycle."

The saddle bag set will install on the bike in 21 seconds, including removal and replacement of the seat, IF the license bracket is already under the fender.

When I am running the SIDE mount bracket I have to remove the Seat and the license bracket and install the under-fender bracket before putting the bags on . This additional step requires one socket and one ratchet handle to turn it with and takes about 3 1/2 minutes counting getting the tools and putting them away. The windshield installs in 3 minutes or less.

Quick-Remove Hardtail

This is a Suzuki 800 Marauder which was stock when we got it - the hardtail is designed to be removable and replaced with the stock shocks in about 20 minutes.

Sybil - Custom Mini

It became obvious that it was time to get back to doing a few customs….. At about that time David Travis came in with a mini that he was working on and one thing led to another and I decided to do a mini.

Little did I realize that this would evolve into the most difficult project I'd ever done. The thing that made it so difficult was the fact that I already had too many Harley parts to use for the project and decided to make this bike a 100% OEM Harley and determined to use ONLY parts that I could verify that were 100% American made.
